We're Waiting?

In the December 30, 2006, The Joplin Globe article, State Awaits RES' Reply, Missouri Department of Natural Resource employees are quoted as saying that they will "wait until next week for a response" from RES. I'm confused, does a company have 15 days or 'whatever they want' to respond to MDNR following a on odor citation?
Following the November 14 odor violation, and subsequent $25,000 fine, MDNR spokeswoman, Renee Bungart, is quoted as saying "RES needs to be more proactive and aggressive in discovering and eliminating potential problems before excessive emissions result". OK, less than thirty days later(December 12, 2006), guess what, another citation. According to my calendar, December 29 was the 15th day. We're Waiting?

the wait is over.the citation was NOT upgraded to a NOTICE OF VIOLATION or NOV for short.
its time to call off the witch hunt.childers also said"their
are other companies in that same area that produce oders too" you seemed to forget to post that observation in your blog.RES has spent millions of dollars to fix the oder problem.it will take time.
the sad fact is people like yourself want carthage to grow and prosper but are unwilling to work with a company that has the potential to really put carthage on the map with this new technology.
one of these days RES will tire of fighting off the witch hunt and move on somewhere else.and you can bet their are a hundred other towns waiting to work with them.its a shame it wont be carthage

I drove through Carthage today, Jan. 25, 2007 and the stench was quite a welcome wagon gift as I cruised North on Garrison.

I have heard that the 25 K fine was rolled back after Royal Doyle and his minions left Carthage a few weeks back. Sorry for Carthage.

Will the citizens and the AG be entering into another civil suit over the ongoing gag fest now known as Carthage?

Then we have the Spring River Crap fest to enjoy as well.

Good thing we all live in our vehicles and houses and never venture out between the two. And when we vacation we go elswhere!

Thanks for the blog info.
