It's Time to Change the Regulations

Missouri State Senator, Gary Nodler, smells the weakness in the regulations governing consistent polluting violators, i.e. RES. Sen. Nodler explained that his proposed legislation doesn't change the standards, but it identifies consistent violators and will statutorily empower the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) to enforce what it has in place. He plans to seek legislation increasing the penalties for violators.
